Providence Catholic School –All Together

video-crowdMuch like it takes a village to raise a child, it took the entire Providence Community to produce the Tours video—lip-dubbing to a song from “High School Musical”—”We’re All in this Together.”

A brainchild of Admissions Director Stephanie Takas-Mercer, the video includes all Providence students, faculty, staff, and several members of the Central Catholic/Providence Button Band and Central’s JROTC with Providence cadets. As the plans progressed, a contagious enthusiasm spread throughout the school, and by show time, all were ready to make it happen—in just two takes!

Filmed with expertise by the Broadcast Journalism students, the video was staged by drama teacher Michelle Petri and choreographed by Vanessa Murtaza, dance Instructor. Several talented students managed the leads: Tess Acosta, Logan Glick, Allyson Grubbs, Emily Pearson, Kate Prior, Shivani Patel, Marisa Sanchez, and Bridget Yelk. Everyone else was supporting cast. After filming, the video was turned over to Martin and his students for polishing.

If your daughter would like to be a part of a vibrant educational community that provides academic excellence grounded in faith and trust in a Provident God, please contact our Admissions Director Stephanie Takas-Mercer at 210.224-6651 x 210 or email stakas-mercer [at] providencehs [dot] net
